Welcome to the New Atlantic Province Kappa Psi Website
A variety of workshops planned by our province development committee will be offered that include round table discussions, bonding opportunities, and more.
For graduate brothers a CE and graduate reception will be provided. We will have social events on Friday, May 31st and Saturday, June 1st at night.
Specific information about these activities will be released as the event approaches. See the attached agenda for information regarding the scheduling of these activities.
Registration Form

Delegate/Proxy Forms: Please fill out one form per chapter and have it submitted by May 17th at 11:59pm.
Now is the time to recognize those students that have gone above and beyond for your members and school by nominating them for the 2024 Frank H. Eby Award.
This is Kappa Psi’s most prestigious award given to collegiate members. It is awarded to the Collegiate member who has contributed the most to Kappa Psi.
Nomination Criteria:
The Frank H. Eby Award committee evaluates each candidate and selects the winner. The award will be presented at the 61st Grand Council Convention (GCC) in Cleveland, Ohio and consists of a plaque and monetary award of $250. It is recommended the nominated members attend GCC but it is not required.
- Each collegiate chapter may nominate one (1) member.
- Nominee must be an active member of a Collegiate Chapter for the school term 2023-2024 or an alumni member up to one year after graduation.
- Nominee biographical information submitted
- Letters of support required from the following: Chapter Regent, Grand Council Deputy or Faculty Advisor, Dean
- Optional to submit additional letters of support
Nominations should be submitted to the Central Office (centraloffice@kappapsi.org) along with all supporting materials (click picture for full evaluation criteria) no later than June 1, 2024.
Availability of Sponsorships and Ads are based on first served basis. Once sponsorships are confirmed, payment is due to central office within 30 days.

All registration will end on June 25th. No onsite registration will be available.

Children age 5-12 years will be $150, and children <5 years will be free. It is important that registrants be categorized correctly at the time of registration as this will affect what is included in their registration.
Registration is non-refundable. Included on the registration page is the tentative agenda and frequently asked GCC questions. More information will be forthcoming on the Kappa Psi website.
Each Brother must register themselves and may add non-brother guests. Note: Only registered attendees may attend meetings and events and Brothers may not register as guests. To add non-brother guests, once the member registration is added to the cart, return to the registration page to add the guest registration(s) to the cart.

Renaissance Cleveland Hotel
Reminder: Each Collegiate Chapter will receive a travel stipend for one delegate to attend. The total reimbursed cost for each Chapter will be released by The Central Office
Delegate and Proxy Forms
Delegate and Proxy forms are available to be completed either electronically in the Kappa Psi Portal or paper copies (to be mailed or emailed following the form directions) are also available on the GCC website and attached to this communication. Forms are due to The Central Office by June 24th, 2024. ‘How To’ guides on delegate and proxy form submissions via the portal are available on the Kappa Psi Website.
Chapter Sales
Looking to raise some money? Looking for some new Kappa Psi Swag? The Chapter Sales event will return in Cleveland! Information regarding how to participate will be released in the future! (Can also be put on Atlantic Province Fundraising Website) [Must have Correct Licensing]
Opening Social Event
After the opening reception Wednesday, keep the networking going at the Kappa Psi exclusive event at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! Enjoy the exhibits while connecting with Brothers and guests!
Student Poster Presentations
Join us for the third edition of the Kappa Psi Student Poster Session at the 61st Grand Council Convention! The poster session provides the opportunity for students to showcase their involvement with chapter projects, philanthropy events, advocacy activities, clinical research, and more!
All poster presentations will be assigned a graduate mentor who will provide feedback during the session. Outstanding poster presentations will be recognized in multiple categories. Poster sign ups can be completed using this form: Student Poster Presentation Sign Up
Important Dates:
· May 31 - Initial poster interest deadline
· June 7 - Notification of accepted posters
· July 1 - Final poster submission materials, including abstract summary, due
· July 25 (evening) - 61st GCC Student Poster Session
Presenter Expectations:
· Complete this initial interest form and submit final materials by specified deadlines
· If multiple students participated in a project, only 1 submission needs to be completed. The person completing the submission form will serve as the primary contact person for all communications related to the session and will be responsible for accuracy of information and submission of all poster materials.
· Presenters must be present at their poster during the entirety of the session. For posters with more than 1 author/presenter, at least 1 person must be present during the session.
· Be prepared to provide a summary of their project and answer questions
